Social Media & Branding Specialist – Mid Level

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media & Branding Specialist to lead strategic planning, content development, and customer engagement across digital platforms. You will be instrumental in creating brand narratives that reflect the elegance, craftsmanship, and uniqueness of Finegrown Diamonds while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Agenda & Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

• Lead social media strategy aligned with business goals, customer profiles, and emerging trends
• Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns, messaging, and visuals
• Develop and manage content calendars tailored for various platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads, etc.)

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

• Create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, ads, and festive promotions
• Write scripts for video campaigns, advertisements, and influencer collaborations
• Organize and execute professional photoshoots and product videos, including script generation and mood boards
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure seamless content creation and delivery

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

• Manage influencer outreach, selection, scripting, and tracking of campaign performance
• Build relationships with industry influencers to boost brand visibility
• Analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and ROI

Brand Representation & Customer Engagement

• Represent Finegrown Diamonds at exhibitions and events, handling customer interactions and sales inquiries
• Support customer queries and community engagement through proactive communication
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities

Data Management & Analytics

• Collect, organize, and analyze campaign data to guide future strategies
• Use analytics tools to track performance, identify insights, and report on growth metrics
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting for strategic decision-making

Core Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, branding, or digital marketing, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods sector
• Proven ability to lead social media strategies and content creation across multiple platforms
• Strong skills in influencer marketing, scripting, outreach, and tracking performance
• Hands-on experience in photography, video production, and mood board development
• Excellent communication skills with a creative approach to writing and storytelling
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media dashboards
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, designers, and developers for project execution
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and planning capabilities
• Comfortable representing the brand at events, exhibitions, and customer-facing environments
• Analytical thinking and data management expertise for campaign tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of SEO, paid campaigns, and audience targeting is a plus
