What You'll Be Doing As our Social Media Ad Creator, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-impact social media advertisements that drive engagement and conversions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Designing and producing compelling video and static ads for various social media platforms. Implementing platform-specific best practices and staying current with evolving advertising specifications Creating visual content that reinforces Puffy's brand identity while pushing creative boundaries to capture audience attention Collaborating with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into visually striking advertisements Analyzing performance metrics and user engagement data to continuously optimize ad creative Developing innovative concepts that differentiate Puffy from competitors in the mattress and sleep products industry Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines Establishing and maintaining a consistent visual language across all social media advertising efforts Must-Have Skills Professional experience in social media ad design and production Proven expertise with industry-standard design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop) Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media ad campaigns Deep understanding of social media advertising formats, specifications, and best practices across major platforms Experience with A/B testing creative elements and implementing optimizations based on performance data Excellent eye for design with strong composition, typography, and color theory skills Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives Strong project management abilities with experience handling multiple deadlines Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to stay current with evolving social media trends and platform updates Beneficial Skills Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer advertising Understanding of sleep, wellness, or luxury product marketing Familiarity with motion graphics and animation principles Experience with performance marketing and conversion-focused creative Knowledge of mobile-first design approaches for social media consumption Compensation & Perks Industry-leading salary plus performance bonus , all tax-free .
