Mandatory Skills: Incident Prioritization and alerting/notification. Ticketing and case management. Incident Response and Resolution. Collaboration with other stakeholders and teams for incident resolution. SLA Tracking and Reporting. 100% High priority True Positive Incidents validation and overall, 35% random incident validation Major incident handover and SOP for all process. Root Cause Analysis –Major Incident Management. Fine Tuning of Incidents from Sandbox and Production dashboard. Review of Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly Reports and preparation of Shift Roster. Review of Incident closure comments. Use case addition, recommendation, improvement, automation. Emergency response for declared incident, Simulation during stress testing. Prepare Asset Inventory, Escalation Metrics, RACI document. Assessment, roadmap for fixing GAP captured. Log source review and data management. Overview about Customer Infra and its Business. Automation of processes using SOAR Provide Operational Support on Securonix Staying up to date on the industry’s latest, modifying solutions in place as their technological landscape evolves. Monitoring network traffic and system logs to identify potential threats Analysing data to determine the nature and scope of a threat Responding to threats in real-time, including isolating infected systems and containing the spread of Malware Developing and implementing strategies to prevent future attacks Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and other stakeholders Show more Show less
