Role Name: Junior Relationship Manager Work Outline: Building new relationships & cultivating existing ones with tile contractors in a structured module provided by the company. For sales, close coordination with the accounts and operations team is required to ensure timely delivery and collections within the desired time. Ensuring Regular meet-ups with stakeholders and adherence to service quality after-sales policies in the field, as per the company's established policy. Ensuring NPS is extremely high and the recurring accounts % is above 90.
