Senior Interior Designer/ Architect

Job Description: As an Architecture and Interior Design professional at 9th Corner Inc., you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to both Commercial and Residential projects. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in material knowledge and working drawings to oversee the complete project lifecycle. This includes layouting, designing concepts, conducting site visits, and engaging in meetings with clients and contractors when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your experience and skills to work on both Residential and Commercial projects - Demonstrate a strong command over working drawings and material knowledge - Manage the entire project under the guidance of the company director - Engage in layouting, designing concepts, conducting site visits, and attending meetings with clients and contractors Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field - Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture - Proficiency in Autocad and strong material knowledge 9th Corner Inc. is a well-established Architecture and Interior Design concern that has been in operation for the past 20 years.
