Responsibilities Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements and design briefs. Utilize design software and technologies, including but not limited to Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, to create images, layouts, graphics, animations, GIFs, and static creatives. Study design briefs, schedule projects, and work within budget constraints. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the team. Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs with attention to detail and aesthetics. Collaborate with the team to produce final designs and ensure consistency across various media. Test graphics across different platforms and make necessary amendments based on feedback. Ensure that final graphics and layouts meet quality standards and align with the company's brand guidelines. Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design. 5-8 years of experience in graphic designing, with a strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphics. Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Ability to work methodically, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.

Role & responsibilities Document & Label Design: Create and edit product labels, brochures, and marketing materials. Prepare, format, and finalize artwork files for printing, packaging, labels, marketing collaterals, and more Formatting & Layout: Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and formatting of text and graphics for print and digital use. Review and tweak designs created by the graphic design team to ensure they meet all printing specifications and production requirements (bleeds, resolution, color profiles, dielines, etc.). Software Proficiency: Work with design tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop. Proofreading & Accuracy: Check for errors in fonts, layouts, colors, and text placement. Printing Coordination: Ensure final designs meet printing and production specifications and coordinating with Printing Vendors.Visit print vendors to oversee the printing process, conduct quality checks, and flag any issues early. File Management: Maintain organized files and versions for easy access and updates. Adherence to Guidelines: Follow brand and regulatory guidelines (Marketing team's requirements). Coordination with Marketing Team: Act as a liaison between the internal design/branding teams and external print vendors. Printing Coordination: Collaborate with printing vendors to ensure the successful production of printed materials. This includes managing timelines, reviewing proofs, and ensuring high-quality final products. Version Control: Maintain organized records of design files, including revisions and final versions, ensuring proper version control and archiving. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in DTP, pre-press, or production support. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CoreIIDRAW) and related DTP tools. Understanding of Printing Processes (offset, digital, and packaging prints) Strong understanding of print production, color correction, resolution, file formats, and packaging print specifications. Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, alignment, and quality assurance. Ability to work with dielines, print-ready PDFs, color standards, and typography. Basic design skills to make minor adjustments or adapt creatives when required. Familiarity with printing techniques, materials, substrates, and finishes (bonus if experienced with sustainable packaging materials). Ability to travel locally between the office, print vendors, and production units as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams (design, marketing, production).

Preferred candidate profile Candidate preferred from Manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Reactor , RCVD, Storage Tank, products which include granulation, coating, liquid, and ointment manufacturing equipment. Role & responsibilities 1) Study client URS, purchase order and Offer specs for .accurate machine design. 2) Understand the process and incorporate in relevant Equipment Design. 3) Execute Design Qualification with production team and capture deviations and correct the drawing accordingly. 4) Check the drawing, in accordance to applicable ASME and cGMP standards 5) Should have the updated stock list from store to utilize dead stock material in design and raise the internal change control to factory head and all concern departments. 6) Ensure approved layout drawing received from client and GA drawings are made as per layout. 7) Ensure CAPA of design based on feedback from CRM & production. 8) Ensure Drawing approval from client. 9) Ensure BOM material is accurate in drawing. 10)Review P&ID drawing in accordance to FDS. 11)Ensure security of DATA. 12) Ensure AS Built drawing is made after final FAT of machine and maintain drawing records for further reference h. Maintaining 2D model, drawings & BOM revisions and timely update of the SAP BOM. I. Persistant attempt to first time right. j. Ensuring as built drawings of job on completion post client FAT and SAT.
