Emergency Management: Act as the first responder in case of any security-related incidents. Ensure that the team is prepared to handle emergencies, including fire, medical emergencies, and unauthorized access. Conduct regular drills and training sessions to maintain the preparedness of the security personnel. Surveillance and Reporting: Monitor and supervise CCTV surveillance systems to ensure the premises are under constant surveillance. Maintain a detailed log of daily security activities, incidents, and any breaches. Report any security violations to senior management in a timely manner. Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise with local law enforcement and other security agencies when required. Work closely with other departments to address security needs for events, construction sites, or any specific requirements.
