Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute all types of civil construction activities at site as per project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare and review
Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
in accordance with structural drawings.
Develop and modify
AutoCAD drawings
for execution and site clarification purposes.
Interpret and implement
structural and architectural drawings
accurately on site.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance at site.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in civil site execution, specifically in
high-rise building projects
.
Strong knowledge of
structural and architectural drawings
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
BBS preparation
is a must.
Good communication and coordination skills.
