Job Description

Job Title: Civil Engineer Finishing & Vendor Coordination

Supervise and execute
finishing works
for hotels, residential apartments, and commercial buildings
Manage works including
plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, false ceiling, fa•ade, joinery, doors & windows
Coordinate with
all vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and service agencies
Plan and schedule activities to meet project timelines
Review and interpret
drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Ensure
quality control
, workmanship standards, and safety compliance
Monitor daily site progress and prepare reports
Handle
measurements, billing, material reconciliation
, and certifications
Resolve site execution and vendor-related issues

Required Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
810 years of experience in
hotels, residential, and commercial building projects
Strong experience in
finishing and fit-out works
Proven ability to
coordinate and manage multiple vendors
Knowledge of
Hyderabad local building regulations and standards

Skills & Competencies

Excellent
vendor and subcontractor coordination skills
Strong knowledge of finishing materials and execution methods
Good communication, planning, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and under deadlines
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site reporting tools

Preferred Candidates

Experience in
star hotels, serviced apartments, IT parks, malls, or office buildings
Immediate or short-notice joiners
Hyderabad-based candidates preferred
