Designer/Sr. Designer/Lead Designer-Workplace/Corporate Interiors

As a highly creative Designer in the Workplace Design & Build industry with 1-10 years of experience in Commercial Interiors/Corporate Workplace Design, your role will involve driving innovative workplace design solutions. You will be a strategic thinker with strong conceptual and technical design expertise, responsible for developing inspiring, functional, and budget-aligned workplace environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design Strategy And Concept Development - Develop and strategize design solutions aligning with programs, budgets, and project requirements. - Conduct pre-design feasibility studies to determine project scope, functional needs, and spatial planning. - Ensure designs integrate aesthetic, functional, and sustainability considerations while meeting project goals. - Design Development and Management - Oversee multiple projects, ensuring smooth progression from concept to execution. - Collaborate with the design team to develop, refine, and present design solutions to clients and stakeholders. - Maintain focus on quality, budget, and schedule for successful project outcomes. - Lead project meetings, presentations, and design reviews. - Client and Stakeholder Coordination - Attend client work-sessions, site visits, and design presentations. - Act as the primary design contact, understanding client needs and providing design solutions. - Provide design guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the internal team. - Quality Control & Documentation - Review and approve design documentation for accuracy and adherence to project standards. - Maintain design consistency across projects and provide quality control at all phases. - Manage project team deliverables, schedules, and coordination efforts with external stakeholders. - Project Visit and Site Visits - Travel as required for project presentations, coordination meetings, and on-site reviews. **Qualification Required:** - 1-10 years of experience in Commercial Interiors, Corporate Workplace Design, or Fit-Out Projects. - Strong design sensibility and technical expertise from concept to execution. - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage design teams effectively. - A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. - Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills. - Bachelors or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
