Job Description

You have 0-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in Workplace Design & Build, Interior Fit-Out, or Real Estate, Hospitality, Aviation industry. As a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM), your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and expand the client base in the Workplace Design & Build sector. Strong networking skills, the ability to identify business opportunities, and a passion for sales are essential. Prior experience in corporate interiors, real estate, or related industries is preferred. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and exploring new business opportunities in the commercial interior and workplace design sector. - Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, real estate consultants, and project managers. - Generating leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and industry events. - Conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase services. - Supporting in preparing business proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations. - Staying updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. - Coordinating with internal teams for smooth project handovers. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Hospitality, or a related field. - 0-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to generate leads and manage the sales cycle. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication.
