Architect

Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Architect located in New Delhi. Your main responsibilities will include designing architectural plans, creating detailed drawings, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will collaborate with clients, conduct site visits, supervise construction, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success. Additionally, you will work on both architectural and interior design projects, providing innovative solutions that meet clients" needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design and create architectural plans - Prepare detailed drawings and specifications - Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements - Conduct site visits and supervise the construction process - Coordinate with stakeholders for project completion - Work on both architectural and interior design projects Qualifications: - Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and creating detailed drawings - Experience in project management, site visits, and supervising construction processes - Skills in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Vray - Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and compliance - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to translate client vision into designs - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field - Prior experience in both architectural and interior design projects is a plus,
