Responsibilities

• - Space Maestro: Skillfully optimise floor plans for space utilisation , considering both interiors and structural nuances.
• - Elevation Artistry: Tailor building elevations to meet customer expectations within budget constraints.
• - Regulatory Guru: Demonstrate mastery in municipal codes and regulations, ensuring project compliance.
• - Engage & Convert: Create compelling client presentations to facilitate project conversion.
• - Green Advocate: Specialise in integrating energy-efficient and sustainable architectural practices.

Requirements

• -

  Education

  : Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch.).
• -

  Experience

  : Bring a minimum of 3 years in designing floor plans, elevations, and conceptualising designs.
• - Tech Savvy: Proficient in AutoCAD and design software; bonus points for 3D modelling

• Skills

  (Revit, 3D Max, etc.).
• - Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written skills in English and/or Kannada.
• - Design Tools: Familiarity with Sketchup and Photoshop is a plus.
