Architect

Responsibilities:

Develop creative design concepts and detailed drawings.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors.
Prepare and present design proposals.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
Oversee project execution and provide on-site coordination when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
3+ years of professional experience in architectural design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
Strong design, visualization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
