Role & responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction & Support Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding queries, requests, or complaints. Handle customer calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions professionally. Ensure prompt responses and resolutions to customer concerns. 2. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand customer needs and ensure they are addressed effectively. Provide regular updates to customers on their requests, services, or projects. 3. Post-Sales Service Support customers after the sale/purchase, ensuring smooth onboarding. Coordinate for documentation, agreements, payments, and service delivery. Assist in problem-solving and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages. 4. Database & Records Maintain updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Use CRM tools/software to track communication history. Prepare reports on customer service activities and share insights with management. 5. Coordination with Internal Teams Liaise with sales, operations, finance, and technical teams to resolve customer issues. Communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements in service. Ensure proper follow-up on customer commitments made by the company. Preferred candidate profile From Real Estate Sector
