About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them find properties that meet their needs while achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information about available properties.
  • Conduct property tours and explain key features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions.
  • Confident, well-groomed, and presentable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and grow within the company.
