Job Description

The Computer Operator will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and managing data using MS Excel and MS Word. The candidate should be able to understand English and write fluently without spelling or grammatical errors.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and update reports, letters, and official documents in MS Word and Excel.

Perform accurate data entry, formatting, and database management.

Draft and type professional correspondences in English.

Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.

Support daily administrative and office coordination work.

Ensure all documents are checked for spelling and grammatical accuracy.

Required Skills:

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Good English reading and writing ability.

Typing speed of at least 3540 wpm with accuracy.

Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass, Graduate preferred.

Basic computer training or certification is desirable.
