Key Roles & Responsibilities Planning & Strategy: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, regulations, and safety guidelines (WHS). Implement quality assurance and control measures. Optimize system performance and energy efficiency. Risk & Problem Management: Identify potential risks (financial, safety, technical) and develop mitigation strategies.
