Job Description

Sales & Business Development: Generate leads and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients (contractors, developers, end-users). Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals. Technical Consultation: Conduct site visits and assessments to understand project needs. Offer in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems. Provide pre-sales technical support, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions. Proposal & Quotation: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals/quotes. Perform system selection (chillers, air handling) and take-offs. Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams. Ensure smooth project turnover and successful implementation. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.  Core Skills Needed: Technical: Mechanical Engineering/HVAC knowledge, system design, energy audits, product selection. Sales: Negotiation, communication, relationship building, CRM tools. Analytical: Problem-solving, logical skills, assessment abilities.
