Technical Sales Engineer

This role is at the forefront of ElectroMech's growth journey. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building long-term customer partnerships, and driving revenue through consultative selling of world-class EOT Crane solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador of ElectroMech, representing industry-leading EOT Crane solutions to customers across key sectors.
• Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential business opportunities through market intelligence, strategic networking, and innovative prospecting methods.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle - From lead generation and relationship building to negotiation, closure, and handover.
• Engage with customers to deeply understand their operational challenges, current processes, and future requirements, and position ElectroMech solutions as value-driven enablers.
• Build strong product and application expertise to deliver compelling, consultative sales conversations that go beyond price and focus on value, safety, reliability, and lifecycle benefits.
• Deliver impactful product presentations and solution proposals that clearly articulate ElectroMech's differentiation and competitive advantage.
• Continuously enhance industry knowledge, staying abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and well-structured sales data, forecasts, and customer interactions within the CRM system to support informed decision-making and pipeline visibility.
