Job Description

As a Sales Executive for our organization, your primary role is to identify potential buyers for our machines and services, contributing significantly to increasing our company's turnover. Your responsibilities include: - Searching for new clients in your designated region who could benefit from our products - Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for new business - Traveling to visit potential clients and establish new relationships while maintaining existing ones - Managing and interpreting customer requirements to best satisfy their needs - Calculating client quotations and negotiating tender and contract terms - Offering after-sales support services and administering client accounts - Analyzing costs and sales, preparing reports for head office, and meeting regular sales targets - Coordinating sales projects, supporting marketing events, and making technical presentations to clients - Providing pre-sales technical assistance, liaising with sales and technical teams, and solving client problems - Developing customer staff by providing technical information and training - Contributing to sales engineering effectiveness and learning the technical details of our products to better serve our clients - Demonstrating our machines at client sites and convincing them of our solutions for their needs - Managing customer relations, collecting feedback, and evaluating data received through digital channels - Any other tasks necessary to achieve company sales targets Additionally, you are expected to collaborate with your superiors and subordinates closely. Junior Sales Executives are required to seek help from their superiors daily and keep them informed about daily interactions and future plans. Senior Sales Executives are responsible for guiding their subordinates in performing their tasks effectively, ensuring results are achieved. All team members are required to update customer interactions in the CRM system daily.
