We believe in quality execution, client satisfaction, and collaborative work culture. 📌 Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction activities on-site, ensure quality standards, coordinate with vendors, and support the project from foundation to finish. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on assigned project sites. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Coordinate with labor teams, and suppliers for material and task delivery. Maintain daily site logs, work progress reports, and photo documentation. Work closely with architects and design teams for any technical adjustments or clarifications. Monitor quality of materials and workmanship on site. Handle basic quantity estimation, billing assistance, and measurement checks. Report site issues, risks, and updates to the project manager or lead architect. ✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 1–4 years of experience in construction site supervision. Strong understanding of structural drawings, interior layouts, and BOQs. Ability to handle multiple vendors, labor coordination, and site reporting. Basic computer and mobile skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Drive for reporting). Familiarity with safety and compliance norms. Good communication skills — in English and local language. Self-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset. Experience with residential or hospital projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD or MS Project.
