Job Title: Site Engineer

Reports To: Area Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai and Hyderabad

No of Positions: 2

What will you bring ?

•Need to understand basic of MEP services and their routing and installation.

•Experienced in managing and supervising on-site project execution

•Capable of handling workforce management, including training and development of the site team

•Familiarity with safety standards and quality assurance in construction projects

•Supervise the execution of MEP Supports in Data center projects based on detailed cross-sections and layout drawings

•Conduct and oversee the training of contractor’s staff and labor at project sites to ensure compliance with operational standards

•Coordinate with project managers and design engineers to clarify project details and ensure execution quality

•Implement project safety and quality controls

•Prepare and submit regular project reports to higher management, detailing progress, challenges, and resource needs

Must have skills:

MEP projects

•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic project needs

•Strong leadership and people management skills

•Effective communication skills, capable of managing site briefings and reporting

•Willingness to be stationed at various project sites across South India and adapt to challenging work environments

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MEP projects
