The role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with a minimum of 2 year of experience. The candidate should be proficient in Tally, Busy Software, invoicing, billing and GST-related tasks. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required to ensure smooth handling of sales invoicing, financial records, and compliance tasks.

Exp – 2-5 yrs

Other requirements:

1. Day to day routine accounts tasks including invoicing, bookkeeping, entries and reconciliation
2. MIS report preparation (Tally, Busy, MS Excel)
3. Co-ordinating with other teams (specially sales) in office on a regular basis
4. Miscellaneous other finance related day to day tasks
5. Overseeing billing functions

Who you are?

1. MBA Finance preferably or B-Com Graduate
2. Proficient in Tally, Busy, MS Excel, MS word
3. Proficient in English (spoken and written)
4. Previous work experience of 2-3 years in a small/medium size company
5. Previous experience in a company with an overseas head office would be an advantage
6. Good attitude - willing to get stuck in at any level and help out
