Prepare and serve tea/coffee and light refreshments for staff and visitors. Cook simple, healthy meals and snacks as per requirements (for staff or meetings). Assist in receiving and setting up materials or supplies when delivered. Ensure dusting, mopping, and waste disposal is done daily. Handle pantry stock and maintain supplies like groceries, cleaning materials, etc. Run occasional errands (within local area) if required. Open and close the office as per schedule, ensuring safety and tidiness. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour in presence of clients or visitors.
