About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Brand Executive to help build and execute digital marketing strategies, strengthen our brand presence, and grow our online visibility. You will play a key role in telling our story, attracting the right audience, and creating a strong digital identity for our luxury construction brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms
• Create engaging content (graphics, posts, stories, videos) in line with brand tone and aesthetics
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Work closely with designers, photographers, and vendors for content creation
• Track and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and lead generation
• Maintain and update the company website and ensure SEO best practices
• Assist in the development of overall branding strategy and identity
• Research and stay updated with digital trends, competitors, and audience behavior
• Support in offline brand-building activities (if any), such as brochures, events, or exhibitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital tools, and basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)
• Excellent communication skills – written and visual
• A creative mindset with attention to detail
• Passion for branding, content, and design aesthetics
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or luxury segment is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
