Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

· Coordinate between the architectural team, contractors, and consultants to maintain design integrity on-site.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

· Provide technical support and resolve any on-site issues related to construction methods or design interpretations.

· Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

· Assist in quantity take-offs, material procurement planning, and resource allocation.

· Ensure that all site work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.

· Communicate regularly with project managers and report on construction status, risks, or delays.

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience working on construction sites, preferably with architectural firms or design-build projects.

· Strong understanding of architectural drawings, structural layouts, and MEP coordination.

· Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site documentation tools.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

· Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

· Familiarity with green building concepts and sustainable practices.

· Knowledge of Autocad software (Revit ) is a plus.
