Job Title: Site Engineer Company: Homvery Location: Sambalpur Salary: ₹ 1.4L- 2.4L per Annum Job Description Homvery is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction projects in Sambalpur. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction methods, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Immediate joining is required. Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain MB (Measurement Book) estimates for projects. • Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site. • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Manage project timelines and budgets. • Handle government billing processes and government work. • Liaise with government officials and agencies as required. • Provide regular updates and reports to the project manager. Requirements • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures. • Both male and female candidates can apply. • Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
