Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate between the architectural team, contractors, and consultants to maintain design integrity on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide technical support and resolve any on-site issues related to construction methods or design interpretations.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, material procurement planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure that all site work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and report on construction status, risks, or delays.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working on construction sites, preferably with architectural firms or design-build projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, structural layouts, and MEP coordination.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site documentation tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Familiarity with green building concepts and sustainable practices.
• Knowledge of Autocad software (Revit ) is a plus.
