Site Incharge (Floatex)The Site Engineer plays a pivotal role in the construction and maintenance sectors, serving as the linchpin that ensures projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. The primary responsibility of a Site Incharge is to oversee the daily operations on the site, ensuring all work is done according to plan and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a proactive approach to managing workers, coordinating tasks, and resolving issues that may arise during operations.Your MissionsResponsible for the supervision and coordination of site activities, covering both the main contract with the clients and any other sub-contracts that may arise (float delivery, Anchoring activities, etc.)Review engineering drawings, and prepare BoQ and quality plans.Ensure that the site construction activities run to schedule and to budget and find solutions to problems that may cause delays.Manage the site budgets operating account (minimize the outstanding balance, optimize the cash flow, optimize operating result, repeat the initial budget).Report regularly to the reporting Manager, covering all on-site projects, and activities in terms of quality, cost and planning.Responsible for all onsite Health & safety matters of workers throughout the duration of the project / conduct regular site safety checks.Lead regular site meetings with subcontractors and clients.Maintain strict quality control procedures (Regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, frequent tours of site)Responsible for the effective environmental policies of the project.QualificationBachelors in Mechanical/Civil Engineering graduate with 0-5 years experience in renewable energy (solar/ floating solar preferred) project execution, site engineering and construction engineering.Ability to review engineering drawings, and prepare BoQ and quality plans.Should possess basic electrical knowledge in PV plants.Ready to relocate as per project requirement.Should be hardworking and committed to timelines.What we OfferWork for the pioneer and leading floating solar companyThe opportunity to have a direct impact on the company's activitiesA dynamic working environment, where people can express their potential and talentThe ability to make decisions and initiate changeAutonomy and self-developmentDiverse, multicultural teams
