We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team and oversee on-site construction activities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and managing on-site operations. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, coordinating with contractors, and supervising construction activities. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out as per design, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution. Monitor construction progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports for management review. Verify materials delivered to site and ensure they meet project standards and BOQ requirements. Handle site measurements, bar bending schedules (BBS), and bill verification. Identify technical issues at site and liaise with project managers/consultants for resolution. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Maintain proper documentation of drawings, quality records, and site correspondence. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3–7 years of relevant site experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, BOQ, and quality standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
