Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 3 years of experience in site management, construction supervision, or infrastructure projects. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex project scenarios. Ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively across stakeholders. Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, and English for seamless communication. Willingness to relocate to Pune for project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure high-quality project delivery within timelines. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day activities at the project site, ensuring smooth execution of office interior works. Office Fittings Expertise: Oversee installation of office furniture, partitions, electrical fittings, and other interior elements. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project guidelines. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for timely material procurement and execution.
