Position: Site Engineer Location: Pune (Relocation Required) Experience: 3+ Years Industry: Construction & Infrastructure Role Overview: The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects, ensuring efficient execution, quality control (QC), and quantity surveying (QS). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project plans. Extract accurate quantities and manage supply chains for efficient resource utilization. Conduct technical validations to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Implement infrastructure strategies and ensure smooth integration within project frameworks. Ensure strict adherence to processes, quality standards, and safety protocols. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and site records for efficient project tracking. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 3 years of experience in site management, construction supervision, or infrastructure projects. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex project scenarios. Ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively across stakeholders. Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, and English for seamless communication. Willingness to relocate to Pune for project execution.
