Site Engineer

Role Overview

The EPC Wind Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and engineering support throughout the lifecycle of wind power projects (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction). This role involves design review, project execution, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering & Design
• Support detailed engineering for wind farm projects including civil, electrical, and mechanical interfaces.
• Review and validate design calculations, layouts, and technical drawings for wind turbines, foundations, and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Project Execution & Coordination
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide technical support during procurement of turbines, substations, transmission lines, and balance of plant (BoP).
• Assist in planning construction methodologies, erection sequences, and commissioning strategies.
• Technical & Quality Assurance
• Conduct feasibility studies, wind resource analysis review, and site assessments.
• Perform technical due diligence for equipment suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor and ensure quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) compliance during project execution.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with clients, OEMs, contractors, and consultants for successful project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Support in resolving technical issues and providing innovative solutions during project execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,596.64 - ₹44,758.96 per month
