Assistant Project Manager

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – Civil & Corporate Interiors
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in planning and executing civil and interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely progress and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and documentation including BOQs and reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
• Maintain project documentation such as drawings, approvals, and progress reports.
• Help manage procurement processes and vendor follow-ups.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Track project milestones and flag potential delays or issues for resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil construction or corporate interior projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD) and site coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
