Adani Group has included ‘Epsilon RTV Coating work procedures” for the largest RE/solar

project in the world. “Spicy Rika” led by celebrity chef Rekha Arora is also a part of The

Epsilon Asia Group.

Our products have revolutionised power transmission and enhanced grid stability like

perhaps no other product – and at price points making the solutions within the reach of

all power generators, transmission companies and heavy industry. These technologies

have been so successful that they are mandated for use at all new substation and

transmission line projects in H-VH pollution and coastal regions.

Trench Group GmbH

Previously a part of SIEMENS ENERGY , Trench Group GmbH (Incl. HSP) the world’s largest

manufacturer of Air Core Reactors (for HVDC and STATCOM), transformer bushings and

Instrument Transformers. Trench has an equipment installed base in India since 1991

estimated at over 3,000 crores.

Epsilon is regional partner for Trench and is responsible for Trench Equipment Sales,

Maintenance, Refurbishment and Overhaul (MRO) as well as spares and legacy

equipment replacements.

Project Planning

Work with the back-office to develop project plans, schedules and budgets

Construction Supervision & Customer Interaction

• Oversee day-to-day RTV coating activities, ensuring they adhere to design specifications, safety protocols and QC standards
• Coordinate with customers, manage expectations and ensure good relations
• Ensure all handover tests and site testing is supervised, done correctly, and as per customer conditions
• Work from office and at site, as required, to ensure smooth and timely project handover

Team Coordination:

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure effective work while coordinating with our back-office for support needed
• Guide and train field personnel

Quality Assurance:

• Follow QC rules as per customer and Epsilon requirements
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Identify and rectify any deviations from the approved plans
• Conduct staff training programs at least once per quarter

Safety Compliance:

• Ensuring activities comply with safety rules
• Enforce safety culture on-site through tool talks and constant focus on safety
• Conduct safety meetings, risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.

Material Procurement:

• Assist in the procurement of materials at competitive pricing as needed at project sites

Budget Management:

• Support senior management in planning project budgets
• Ensuring project budgets and expenses are controlled
• Identify and propose cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence
• Generate reports for each project including all QC reports, milestones, challenges and resolutions

Your Qualifications

• Diploma in Elec. Eng. , Construction Mgmt., or a related field
• Min 3-year exp. In Elec. s/y construction, of which at least 1-year as Sr. Project
• Engineer
• Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Capability to manage several sites simultaneously and visiting as needed
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
