Job Title: Site Engineer – Office Interiors Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Bangalore,Karnataka Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in office interior projects, including office fittings, workspace design, and execution. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure high-quality project delivery within timelines. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day activities at the project site, ensuring smooth execution of office interior works. Office Fittings Expertise: Oversee installation of office furniture, partitions, electrical fittings, and other interior elements. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project guidelines. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for timely material procurement and execution. Project Documentation: Maintain reports on site progress, issues, and compliance updates. Problem-Solving: Address site challenges and resolve technical queries effectively. Key Requirements: Experience: 2–5 years in office interiors and workspace fittings projects. Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction materials, interior design elements, and finishing works. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools for site planning. Communication & Coordination: Strong ability to liaise with vendors, clients, and project teams. Compliance & Safety: Understanding of workplace safety regulations and building codes. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. Prior experience handling corporate office fit-outs.
