Site Civil Engineer

Location: Pune (with project-based relocation across India) Experience: 1–7 years About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with proven experience in high-rise buildings and premium residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, site execution skills, and a collaborative mindset to deliver excellence across diverse construction environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage site execution for high-rise and premium residential projects Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to safety standards, and resolve site-level challenges Prepare and review construction drawings, BOQs, and site reports Must know RA bills Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and quality benchmarks Support project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Travel and relocate to project sites across cities as per business requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 1–7 years of hands-on experience in high-rise and premium residential construction Strong understanding of structural systems, finishing standards, and site coordination Languages: Fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi Willingness to relocate to Pune and other cities based on project needs Preferred Attributes Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Commitment to quality, timelines, and safety
