Location: Nashik (On-site + Travel to project sites) Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred About Company: We're building something exciting at Avabiz Ventures, a next-gen prefab construction company creating beautiful modular homes, farmhouses, wellness pods, and more. Right now, we’re at ground zero. And we’re looking for someone who can help us build everything—from processes to projects to people. Think of this as a “founding ops role” —where you're part project manager, part site ninja, and part team builder. What you’ll be doing: Take charge of our first few prefab projects from start to finish. Coordinate with designers, vendors, and on-site teams to get things moving. Help set up systems, hire the right people, and ensure projects run smoothly. Solve problems on the fly, whether it’s at the site or on a spreadsheet. Be the go-to person between the design team and the execution on the ground. You’re a good fit if: You’ve got 4–8 years of experience in project/site management (bonus if it’s in prefab or LGSF). You’re hands-on, resourceful, and know how to get things done. You can manage people and processes without a corporate playbook. You’re okay wearing multiple hats (and sometimes a safety helmet). You’re excited about joining something early and growing with it. What’s in it for you: Work directly with the founder. Be part of the core team building something meaningful. Massive learning and growth—you’ll shape the way this company runs. Future leadership role (Head of Ops/COO) as we scale. If this sounds like something you’d love to be part of—or you know someone who’d be a great fit—drop us a message or apply here. you can share your projects at avabizventures@gmail.com Let’s build the future of construction, together.
