Right now, we’re at ground zero. And we’re looking for someone who can help us build everything—from processes to projects to people. Think of this as a “founding ops role” —where you're part project manager, part site ninja, and part team builder. What you’ll be doing: Take charge of our first few prefab projects from start to finish. Coordinate with designers, vendors, and on-site teams to get things moving. Help set up systems, hire the right people, and ensure projects run smoothly. Solve problems on the fly, whether it’s at the site or on a spreadsheet. Be the go-to person between the design team and the execution on the ground. You’re a good fit if: You’ve got 4–8 years of experience in project/site management (bonus if it’s in prefab or LGSF). You’re hands-on, resourceful, and know how to get things done. You can manage people and processes without a corporate playbook. You’re okay wearing multiple hats (and sometimes a safety helmet). We’re Hiring: Site Engineer We’re Avabiz Ventures, a young prefab construction startup that’s trying to shake up how India builds homes, farmhouses, site offices, and even healthcare pods. Think faster, smarter, and more sustainable buildings. We’re looking for a Site Engineer who’s not just here for a job but wants to be part of building something big from the ground up. Someone who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves, taking full ownership, and making things happen on-site. What you’ll do: • Run the show at project sites – from execution to delivery. • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and local teams to get things done. • Keep an eye on quality, safety, and timelines (because we move fast). • Troubleshoot challenges on the fly and come up with smart fixes. • Report progress and help us keep projects running smoothly. What we’re looking for: • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or similar). • Hands-on experience with PEB, LGSF, or prefab projects (non-negotiable). • Someone who already knows (or is willing to learn) the vendor ecosystem for prefab. • A doer with a startup mindset – resourceful, adaptable, and hungry to grow. • Ready to travel and manage multiple sites when needed.
