What you’ll be doing:

• Take charge of our first few prefab projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and on-site teams to get things moving.
• Help set up systems, hire the right people, and ensure projects run smoothly.
• Solve problems on the fly, whether it’s at the site or on a spreadsheet.
• Be the go-to person between the design team and the execution on the ground.

You’re a good fit if:

• You’ve got 4–8 years of experience in project/site management (bonus if it’s in prefab or LGSF).
• You’re hands-on, resourceful, and know how to get things done.
• You can manage people and processes without a corporate playbook.
• You’re okay wearing multiple hats (and sometimes a safety helmet).
• You’re excited about joining something early and growing with it.
