Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Business Development Executive who will manage sales inquiries from digital and offline channels, build strong relationships with architects, builders, and clients, and drive channel partner and franchise expansion across India.


This role requires a mix of sales intelligence, marketing follow-up discipline, and relationship management skills to convert warm leads into successful projects and partnerships.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound leads from social media, website, WhatsApp, and campaigns.

• Nurture and convert B2C and B2B leads for prefab projects.

• Develop, onboard, and manage channel partners and franchise inquiries across regions.

• Assist in creating regional partner programs, presentations, and training materials.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign tracking and lead analytics.

• Maintain CRM records, follow up systematically, and ensure target achievement.

• Represent Avabiz Ventures in exhibitions, events, and partner meets.


Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in construction, architecture, or real estate.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Tech-savvy with CRM tools and digital lead management.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
