Position Overview

Showroom Manager


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales targets and ensure consistent business growth from the showroom.
  • Build and nurture relationships with UHNI clients, architects, and designers.
  • Ensure all sales processes and customer interactions reflect the Valueline brand ethos.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, staff schedules, and team discipline.
  • Conduct regular product and sales training sessions to ensure team proficiency on new launches and existing collections.

Showroom Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Maintain world-class presentation and merchandising standards across the showroom.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to refresh displays and ensure visual consistency.
  • Ensure price lists, product details, and digital tools are always up to date and understood by the team.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Deliver a seamless, personalized experience to all clients and visiting professionals.
  • Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with top clients and architects through consistent engagement and follow-ups.


Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare regular sales, performance, and client feedback reports for management.
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and marketing teams for smooth operations and promotions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum

    7–10 years

    of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in interiors, lifestyle, or design industries.
  • Proven experience leading a sales team and managing UHNI clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Telugu (speaking and understanding) is an added advantage.

  • Aesthetic sensibility and knowledge of design trends preferred.
