Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Management
Greet and assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable tile products, designs, and solutions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and customer feedback.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
2. Showroom Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom functioning including cleanliness, hygiene, and decor standards
Implement visual merchandising to highlight new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
Maintain updated product catalogues, samples, and displays.
3. Team Leadership
Supervise, train, and motivate sales executives and showroom staff.
Assign sales responsibilities and monitor performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and skill-building activities.
Inventory & Reporting
Track stock levels, reorder samples/material as needed, and coordinate with warehouse/stores team for deliveries.
Maintain accurate documentation for sales, customer visits, stock, and billing.
Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
5. Marketing & Business Development
Support promotional campaigns, showroom events, dealer meets, architects/connect programs, and digital marketing initiatives.
Engage with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and corporate clients for business growth
