Job Description

Job Title: Showroom Manager

Company: VPLAK India Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Work From Office
Salary: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Showroom Manager who has prior experience in Hotel Management or Hospitality. The ideal candidate will manage daily showroom operations, customer experience, staff coordination, and overall presentation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Welcome and assist customers professionally with a hospitality approach.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and overall ambience.
Coordinate with the sales team and support product demonstrations.
Handle customer queries, guide them through products, and ensure a positive experience.
Manage basic administration tasks, inventory checks, and reporting.
Ensure showroom standards are maintained at all times.
Monitor walk-ins, maintain visit logs, and support operational tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Background in Hotel Management / Hospitality is mandatory.
Excellent communication, grooming, and customer-service skills.
Professional attitude with strong coordination abilities.
Ability to handle day-to-day store management.
Presentable personality with a customer-first mindset.
Experience: 1–3 years (Hospitality / Front Desk / Guest Handling).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
