1. Showroom Manager
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure a premium customer experience.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve showroom targets.
• Oversee product presentation and maintain brand standards.
• Engage with architects, interior designers, and retail clients to drive sales.
Requirements:
• Graduate with 3+ years of experience in showroom or retail management (lighting, interiors, automation, or luxury products preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong aesthetic sense and interest in modern design & technology.
