Showroom Incharge

You are an experienced and dynamic Showroom Incharge who will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the showroom, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Your strong leadership skills, product knowledge, and passion for sales and merchandising in the fashion/apparel industry will be key to your success in this role. Fluency in English is a must-have requirement for this position. Your key responsibilities will include managing showroom operations, such as overseeing day-to-day activities, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal, as well as managing stock levels and coordinating with the production team for replenishment. In addition, you will be expected to provide outstanding sales and customer service by greeting and assisting customers, achieving monthly sales targets, driving upselling and cross-selling, and handling customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. As a Showroom Incharge, you will also be responsible for supervising the showroom team, motivating them to achieve sales and service goals, allocating tasks, scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and providing regular training on product knowledge and sales techniques. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in merchandising and display by planning and implementing attractive product displays and seasonal arrangements, monitoring fast-moving and slow-moving items, and recommending promotional strategies. Your duties will also involve reporting and administration tasks, including maintaining daily sales records, preparing periodic sales reports, handling billing and cash collection, ensuring proper reconciliation, and coordinating with management on marketing activities and new product launches. To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail/showroom management, preferably in apparel or fashion, demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, possess knowledge of sales techniques, customer service standards, and inventory management, and have basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software). This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated showroom location.,
