Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executive plays a key role in driving a company’s revenue by identifying and converting potential clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting products or services. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research. Qualify leads to assess their needs and readiness to buy. Sales Presentations & Pitches Present and promote products/services to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Address customer needs and concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention. Sales Negotiation & Closing Negotiate terms of sales agreements to close deals. Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Market & Competitor Research Keep up with market trends, competitors’ products, and pricing. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams. Sales Reporting & CRM Updates Maintain accurate records in CRM software. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements. Collaboration with Teams Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams. Share customer insights to improve offerings and service delivery. Key Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
