Accounts Executive

We are hiring Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role supports budgeting, audits, and the overall financial health of the organization. In client-facing industries, the role may also involve maintaining client relationships and supporting business development. Key Responsibilities : Financial Accounting Duties: Maintain and update financial records (ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts). Handle accounts payable and receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies. Administrative Support: Enter financial data into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP). Prepare and process invoices and payment requests. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables. File and manage accounting documents. Client/Account Management Duties (in media, marketing, or sales industries) : Act as a point of contact for client accounts. Prepare quotations, billing statements, and financial reports for clients. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support client needs. Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel). Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Time management and organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving ability.
