Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shift Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent engineering skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the smooth operation of hotel facilities and services.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Implement energy-saving measures to reduce costs and environmental impact.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Collaborate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in shift engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and lead teams effectively.
Familiarity with energy-saving measures and cost reduction strategies.
