Job Description: Electrical Engineer Position: Electrical Engineer Department: Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical systems, ensure smooth operations, and support ongoing maintenance, installation, and project activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment. Prepare electrical layouts, load calculations, SLDs, and technical drawings. Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and inspection of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies. Conduct routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical machines, wiring, DG, panels, and related equipment. Troubleshoot electrical faults and provide timely resolutions. Work closely with project, civil, and mechanical teams for integrated project execution. Monitor energy consumption and suggest cost-saving improvements. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance records. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and government authorities when required. Qualifications & Skills Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering (required). Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (can be modified). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (preferred). Good understanding of load management, wiring, earthing, and safety protocols. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
